FAST ADMISSION SERVICE
When you call Sunset, a nurse will visit a patient and his/her family. Information about the program will be presented and nurse will arrange for the start of services upon the patient’s election of hospice care.

Regular visits from hospice nurses skilled in pain and symptom management. Our mission is to uphold comfort, dignity, and quality of life, providing whole-person support through our dedicated care team.
Personal Care
With an emphasis on dignity and quality of life, our aides offer compassionate support for daily living activities.
Care Coordination
Ensuring all medications and essential equipment are provided to maximize comfort and ease symptoms, along with scheduling visits from hospice nurses experienced in pain and symptom relief.
Comprehensive Support
Provides psychosocial, mental and emotional support and companionship for the patients, their families and caregivers.
Spiritual Support
